At Growing Out, we each wear a lot of hats. Well technically, at the moment, Jared wears all of the hats. But we're hoping that changes soon!

Founder, CEO, & Coach

Jared Lin

I'm an entrepreneur and certified coach with a background in finance, analytics, and people operations. I develop content and programs, design our website, build tools and processes for coaches, and coach clients.

I'm also a huge nerd and people lover. I love learning about people and the identities and attributes that make them unique human beings. I love studying neuroscience and psychology and understanding how biological and environmental factors impact people's experiences and thought processes.

I am passionate about helping others discover how to improve their health, wellness, and productivity and overcome challenges along the way. The journey to change does not have to be lonely.
