Experience it for yourself. We offer a free discovery session to anyone interested in our coaching services and looking to learn more.
During your discovery session, one of our coaches will provide an overview of the coaching process and answer any questions you might have. They will ask questions to evaluate whether you are a good fit for one of our coaching products.
Your coach will then demonstrate a live coaching session by unpacking a goal that you've been unable to achieve on your own. Together, you will identify steps you could take to make immediate progress toward your goal.
At the end of the session, you will feel newly empowered to reach that goal that has previously escaped you. If you feel you benefitted from the session, and your coach determined that you are a good fit for one of our programs, your coach will present options to continue the coaching relationship.
