I'm a huge nerd and people lover. I love learning about people and the identities and attributes that make them unique human beings. I love studying neuroscience and psychology and understanding how biological and environmental factors impact people's experiences and thought processes. I love applying these learnings to the workplace to develop conditions where people thrive and work their best.
I specialize in helping people/HR functions adopt quantitative processes to become more data-savvy and strategic. I transform the use of analytics from a reactive to a proactive state, empowering leaders and executives to anticipate and mitigate workforce challenges before they occur. As a seasoned HR professional and coach with years of analytical experience, I draw upon my expertise in both domains to grow the use of people data and kickstart the people analytics function.

Having struggled repeatedly with mental health, I understand what it's like to feel alone and the impact that has on one's self and community. Background
I have 8 years of experience developing community inclusivity and mental wellbeing programs in and out of the workplace and 18 years of training and experience in physical fitness.
Prior to professional coaching, I spent 8 years working in and studying the people/HR space and 4 years in finance and analytics. I currently work at DaVita in people analytics where I leverage my experience within both functions to build robust processes to study and improve the workforce. Prior, I led the people function at a 500+ employee startup, developing and implementing new processes and systems across businesses in healthcare, logistics, and employment services.
