Throughout my career, I was promoted more than once per year. I was a top performer and "highly successful" by society's standards. Nevertheless, I often felt stuck in my roles, either encumbered by company politics, doing tasks I didn't enjoy, or feeling a misalignment between personal and organizational values.

Over the years, I made several functional and career pivots to better align my internal values and strengths with my profession. I developed robust approaches to personal reflection, discovery, and development. Having led two talent acquisition teams, I also intimately learned the recruiting process and how candidates get noticed.
